    CEO & Founder

    Rich brings 30+ years of management, technology development, and financing expertise from successful companies including Qualcomm and Four11 (Yahoo). He has founded and run numerous early-stage technology companies and has been mentoring start-ups for 14+ years at MIT’s Venture Mentoring Service. Rich served on the board of Telio, Norway’s fast growing VoIP provider through their IPO and is currently on the board of Amelio, a rapidly growing day care business in India. Rich was also an advisor to FairwayIQ, a technology leader creating innovative solutions in golf course management.

    Rich was an early employee at QUALCOMM, the wireless communications technology leader, where he grew from an engineer and program manager to eventually lead wireless data initiatives.  As CEO and founder of Momentum, Inc., Rich set strategic direction, successfully led the financing efforts and was the visionary and spokesman for this early developer of portable client-server technology.  He also advised Four11.com, an Internet email innovator, through its acquisition by Yahoo.

        Tim Tierney

        CIO & Founder

        Tim brings over 25 years of professional teaching and coaching of golf at some the most respected golf clubs in the world, including The Country Club and Weston Golf Club in Massachusetts, Thunderbird in California and Grey Oaks in Florida. Teaching beginners to pros has afforded Tim a unique insight and understanding of the game of golf. Tim has been recognized for his teaching expertise numerous times, most recently having been again awarded the Massachusetts Teacher of the Year by the NEPGA.

        Tim is a member of an impressive lineage of golf professionals. Tim was incredibly fortunate to be mentored by Ken Venturi, former U.S. Open Champion and world-renowned sports broadcaster, who shared countless tactics and perspectives of the game and the golf swing that Ken had learned from his mentors, Ben Hogan and Byron Nelson.  Tim also spent time broadening his skills and developing his knowledge with Mac O’Grady, Jim McLean, Don Callahan and Butch Harmon.

        Combining his training under many of the world’s best golf teachers and his exposure to thousands of clients throughout his highly successful teaching career, Tim has developed an unique methodology and approach for teaching the game of golf, and the swing in particular.  Using this approach, Tim has helped thousands of golfer improve their swings and scores, some taking 25+ handicaps to single digits.

            Bryan Siegal

            VP Manufacturing & Support

            Bryan Siegal is a seasoned operations, supply chain, and customer service executive with over 25 years of experience guiding rapidly expanding high tech companies through all corporate growth phases. Bryan has a history of professional management expertise in manufacturing, technical operations, new product introduction, quality and is a subject matter expert in the use of collaborative program management techniques for the alignment global supply chain resources.

            Bryan has led the Operations functions for 7 venture capital backed start-up companies including Ecovent Systems, Columbia Tech, and PhotonEx, a 40Gb/s long haul transport start-up company. During his tenure, PhotonEx deployed the first commercially available 40Gb/s long haul backbone system. Earlier in his career, Mr. Siegal held senior management positions at Mack Technologies, Nexabit Networks, CSI Netlink, PictureTel Corp., Sun Microsystems Inc., ADAGE Inc., Honeywell and Raytheon, Inc.

                Bryan Gillis

                Director of Marketing

                Bryan brings 15+ years of marketing, sales, management, and entrepreneurial experience from successful companies including the Acushnet Company, makers of Titleist and Pinnacle golf equipment, and several digital marketing and consulting based start-ups.

                Bryan has extensive experience in the golf industry, beginning with a sales/management role at the former Golf Day chain of retail stores. He then left to pursue a career with Titleist and the #1 Ball in Golf, initially working with college coaches across the country and eventually becoming a brand manager for the golf ball division. In that position, he was fortunate to be a part of what many believe to be one of the best, and most important, product launches in golf’s history, introducing the legendary Pro V1 golf ball.

                After embracing the digital side of marketing, Bryan left to start a local based internet marketing agency while also helping out some small golf start-up businesses in a consulting role. He most recently worked for MembersFirst, a technology company located in Wayland, MA that provides a SaaS based web solution and internet marketing services to the private club industry.

                    Michael Kosowsky

                    Michael has more than 30 years of experience in software development, on platforms ranging from embedded microprocessors to supercomputers.  As sole proprietor of the HeyWhatsThat.com web site he enables sophisticated geographical analysis by untrained users on mobile phones and web browsers. Previous roles include founder and CTO of Momentum, Inc., where he led the development and patenting of a portable client-server communications technology; and software engineer for The Jackson Laboratory and DNA Sciences, where he implemented systems for visualizing and sharing genomic data.

                        Meredith Hanrahan is a seasoned brand-builder and general manager with 25+ years of experience in launching new products and scaling the revenue trajectory of products across consumer product, digital and media industries. Meredith specializes in creating brand identities, designing and automating customer acquisition engines and building sales operations to deliver profitable growth. Currently, Hanrahan is the SVP/GM of Ecommerce at Monster Worldwide. Prior to Monster, Meredith was Chief Marketing Officer for 10+ years for leading digital and consumer brand companies such as Lycos, AG Interactive, and Salary.com. Prior to this, Ms. Hanrahan led brand management teams at General Mills, Lindt Chocolate, Heublein (now Diego), and Miller Lite.

                            Ron Mis

                            Board Member

                            Ron is an experienced CEO and private investor. After working at Bain and Company and Bain Capital, Ron acquired and led as CEO a fast-growing direct marketer of industrial safety products. He has considerable experience investing in, managing and advising privately held companies. In the sporting goods industry, Ron has served as a Director of POC USA, a manufacturer of ski helmets.

                                Bryan Lebedevitch

                                Golf Instructor / PGA West Golf Academy

                                Bryan Lebedevitch is a golf instructor at the PGA WEST Golf Academy in La Quinta, California. Specializing in private lessons, golf schools and corporate events both on-site or at alternate locations. Bryan has been a full time golf coach for 20 years. He has been at PGA West since 1998 and brings a wealth of knowledge and experience to the PGA WEST Golf Academy. He has trained with and taught alongside many of the best teachers in the game.

                                He spends his summer months working with players at LPGA tour events. Over the past 11 years, Bryan has coached at 40 Major Championships and 5 Solheim Cups. He also uses the summer months to work with clients at their destination of choice. Bryan was Cristie Kerr’s full time coach from 2004-2015. He and Cristie enjoyed twelve victories together including the 2007 US Women’s Open and the record setting 2010 LPGA Championship victory that vaulted her to #1 in the Rolex World Rankings.

                                Bryan has had the opportunity to work with many other professionals including Sun Young Yoo, Mirim Lee, Si Woo Kim, Scott Hebert, Dave Schreyer, Tom Purtzer, Jason Gore, Liselotte Neumann, Nicole Castrale, Irene Cho and Angela Park. In addition, he has great success working with Juniors in their quest to play at the highest collegiate level. Bryan has helped students acquire full scholarships at many of the country’s finest colleges and universities. Some qualifying for the biggest amateur events and USGA Championships.

                                    Chris Carpenter

                                    Chris Carpenter is the Director of Golf at Nashawtuc Country Club in Concord, MA, and oversees the Performance Coaching and Consulting services offered throughout New England by his team at Carpenter Golf.

                                    Chris was honored as the New England PGA Golf Professional of the Year in 2013, NEPGA Junior Golf Leader in 2011, and the Northern Texas PGA Junior Golf Leader in 2003 & 2005.  Throughout his 25+ years in the golf industry, Chris has consistently developed opportunities to inspire participation in golf through instruction, innovative programming, consulting and speaking opportunities.  Chris continues to fuse his industry experience, vision, and passion for technology as an early adopter and advisor for companies serving the golf industry.  Chris currently works with MembersFirst, Golf Genius, Ubersense, and PowerPlane™.

                                        Shawn Callahan

                                        Golf Instructor & Tour Coach / Butch Harmon Golf

                                        Shawn has been a professional golf teacher for over 25 years. He began working for his father, Don Callahan, as a caddy and bag room attendant at The Country Club in Brookline, Massachusetts. He then moved to a starter’s position at Thunderbird Country Club in Rancho Mirage, California where his father worked in the winter seasons. Eventually, he began to teach and assisted Mac O’Grady while he taught people like Seve Ballesteros, Steve Elkington, and other legendary tour pros.

                                        He went to work for Butch Harmon in May 1997 as an assistant golf pro and teacher at Lochinvar Golf Club in Houston, Texas. He moved to Las Vegas in December 1997 to help Butch Harmon develop the Butch Harmon School in Henderson, Nevada. Through the years of working at the golf school he was involved in the coaching of Tiger Woods, Adam Scott, Fred Couples, Dustin Johnson, and Nick Watney, just to name a few.

                                        Everything he knows about the golf swing comes from spending intimate time with the best players in the game and the best golf teachers of all time.

                                            Jimmy Noris

                                            Head Golf Professional / Dedham Polo and Country Club

                                            Jimmy Noris has just completed his 21st season as Dedham Country & Polo Club’s Head Golf Professional. Prior to his arrival at Dedham, Jimmy was the First Assistant Golf Professional at The Country Club in Brookline, and was also a First Assistant Golf Professional at The Essex County Club. Additionally, Jimmy spent many winters at the Thunderbird Country Club in Palm Springs, California.

                                            Until recently, Jimmy was the President of the New England PGA and has served his peers for the past 9 years as a member of the New England Board of Directors. Jimmy was voted Professional of the Year in both Chapter (2008) and Section (2009) of the New England PGA.

                                            In addition to these professional accolades, Jimmy is also one of the most reputable teachers in the New England area. On average, he provides approximately 500-800 hours of instruction each year via lessons, clinics, and golf schools.
